This stunning, 27 hole golf course, is one of the most spectacular in Florida, and is adjacent to an eagle preserve that contains 140 acres. Here, one could only hope to see an eagle on their scorecard, but are more likely to see them in the preserve. The Cane Garden clubhouse features relaxing outdoor hammocks, where you may want to take a short break between golfing rounds.
Hacienda Hills’ golf course features 27 challenging holes, which are excellent for all levels of players. Designed by golfing hall of famer, Nancy Lopez, this amazing course is designed to be user friendly for golfers of varying skill levels. With a par 72 course, a rating of 73.3, and 6900 yards of play to be had, there is something here for every golfer to enjoy. There are four tee off points that make things easy for players of differing handicaps. The natural setting here has been preserved as much as possible, and creates interesting challenges for golfers to test their skills. This course boasts some of the most beautiful landscaping among the area courses, and is an Audubon Certified Sanctuary. Not to mention the great full service Legacy Restaurant.
This eighteen hole golf course, is the oldest championship course of its size in The Villages. Orange Blossom challenges golfers from tee-off, and each of them will require the use of various drivers, creating a unique golfing experience. Most of the greens here have subtle breaks that require golfers to utilize their finest putting skills to obtain good scores on the course. There are more than 6200 yards of play to be had here, but the difficulty and required precision to play the holes here, make it seem much longer than it is. The Orange Blossom Hills course features lovely terrain of gentle hills, small bridges, and some grand-scale oak trees.
Palmer Legends championship golf course features 27 holes, and it possesses some of the most scenic views amongst The Village’s golfing facilities. There is a surplus of water hazards, one of them being Lake Sumner. There are several challenging bunkers in the course, and they will put any golfer’s skills to the ultimate test. Additionally, this club boasts an excellent practice facility that offers putting greens, chipping greens, and practice bunkers.
